The content here describes what we do in general terms. It is information, not advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own business, your tax affairs, your legal position or your finances. Do not act on it alone.

Nothing on this website creates a professional relationship between us. That begins when we both sign an engagement agreement.

We keep the site accurate and current as best we can, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or free of error, or that the site will always be available.

The result the check-up gives you is an indication based on the few answers you select. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an assessment of your business, and it does not commit either of us to anything.

Please give us accurate details. We use them to prepare for the call, so wrong information mostly wastes your own time.

Where we publish standards we hold ourselves to — responding the same working day, reviewing submissions twice, a fourteen-day onboarding standard, one point of contact — those are commitments about how we work. They are not promises about results you will get, and they are not warranties.

We cannot and do not promise any particular outcome, including that any funder, bank or customer will say yes to you.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
